Nicole Hartman

Director, Pre-K Teacher

Nicole Hartman is the Director and Pre-K Teacher at OCP.  She has a degree in Elementary Education from Lebanon Valley College.  Nicole was a T.S.S for Philhaven before becoming a Pre-K Teacher at the Wyndcroft School.  She and her family moved to Oxford 15 years ago.  She has been the Director and Pre-K Teacher at Oxford Community Preschool for 14 years.  Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends.   She is very thankful to be part of such a rewarding experience everyday not only with the children and families, but the staff she works with!

Laurie Todd

Assistant Director, Pre-K Teacher

Laurie Todd received her Early Childhood Degree from James Madison University where she played field hockey. She has three boys, two of which attended OCP. Her oldest child has just graduated from Oxford and will be off to Lebanon Valley College in the fall. She has worked at Oxford Community Preschool since 2008. She enjoys the family atmosphere at OCP and cannot say enough about how everyone  works together to create a successful environment for all.

Marcy Workman

Nursery Teacher
Years at OCP: 10 years
1995 graduate from Edinboro University, B.S. Elementary Education La Petite Academy: 1996-2006, worked with children ages 6 months – 12 years old. Held the positions of Lead Teacher, Assistant in Management & Director. Ware Presbyterian Daycare: 1989-1995, summers and after school Babysitting: started at age 12
Hobby: Reading
My favorite thing about teaching is giving children the basic tools they need for an activity or center and seeing how they interpret it or where they go with the activity either independently or as a collaboration.

Lenora Boulden

Nursery Teacher
 

Years at OCP: 19 years

Lenora Boulden is the Nursery Assistant, Enrichment Assistant and Lunch Bunch Organizer.  Lenora has been working in childcare for over 20 years.  She has worked in both TOTS and Nursery Classes at OCP. In her spare time she volunteers in Kids Church.  She feels blessed to be part of an amazing team of teachers who are dedicated to provide a nurturing and loving environment where children can learn and grow.  She is thankful for the opportunity to spend time with OCP children watching them play, explore, make new friends and learn.

Stacy Ruth

I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and have lived in the Oxford Area since 2008.I am Mom to three boys, whom all have attended Oxford Community Preschool. I love traveling, hiking, singing, crafting, and spending time with my active family. I am also a member of Oxford Presbyterian Church and sing with the Women’s Praise Team.

The Staff at Oxford Community Preschool is so dedicated to the children and their parents. I have seen, and experienced first-hand how prepared educationally and socially the graduates of OCP are for Kindergarten, and I am proud to be part of the team!

Kelley Zakeri

I graduated from Albion College in Albion, MI in 2001 with an economics and management degree. I like exercising, reading, and shopping! I love OCP because it is a perfect environment for learning educational, as well as social, skills!

Noelle Topmiller

Pre-K Teacher
 
College: Graduated in 1998 from University of Dayton with a B.A. in Psychology.
Graduated form Wilmington University in 2002 with a Masters in Elementary Education.
Years at OPC: 4 years
What I like about teaching: the growth you see in the children from the beginning of the year to the end.
What I like about the preschool: the structured, loving, fun & engaging learning environment for the kids; working with the best teachers & families around!
Hobbies: playing and teaching piano, teaching exercise classes at the Y, and coaching swim team.

Jennifer Maloney

Years at OCP: New Teacher for 2019
Jennifer Maloney studied at West Chester University. After college she was a teacher for the Chester County Intermediate Unit for 10 years. She is a mom of 4 beautiful children!
