Hobby: Reading
My favorite thing about teaching is giving children the basic tools they need for an activity or center and seeing how they interpret it or where they go with the activity either independently or as a collaboration.

My husband and our boys have lived in Lincoln University for the past 13 years.  I have been a stay at home mom and have also been a nanny for a few families in those 13 years. Children are my passion! I have worked with children all my life and I cannot wait to meet yours!

My guys and I love being outdoors!! We love spending time down at the Delaware beaches and we enjoy camping in the fall! If it is an activity outside, I am there, as long as it is not in the winter!

I look forward to joining the OCP family and meeting each one of you.

Hi OCP families! My name is Audra King and I am originally from Easton, PA, but my family and I moved to Oxford from State College 3 years ago for my husband’s (Nevin) job. I earned a bachelor’s in Elementary/Kindergarten Education and a minor in Spanish from Penn State. After graduation I taught 2nd grade for 2 years in Norcross, Georgia. I then moved back to State College where I taught 4th grade for 1 year and Kindergarten for 4 years while earning my masters in Educational Development and Strategies from Wilkes University. Six years ago, I left the classroom to stay home with my 3 sons Nolan (7), Spencer (5), and Corbin (3). When I’m not spending time with my boys I like to go to the beach, take fitness classes at the Y, watch the Eagles and Penn State football, and spend time with my family and friends. I am looking forward to a great first year in Pre-K at OCP!

Jennifer Maloney studied at West Chester University. After college she was a teacher for the Chester County Intermediate Unit for 10 years. She is a mom of 4 beautiful children!

Mary Hulse

TOTS Teaching Assistant
Years at OCP: 2nd Year
Oregon native who relocated to Chester County in 2007 for her husbands business venture. Moving to prime horse country was a bonus as riding and teaching beginners how to ride and care for horses has been a significant part of her life. Having two young girls graduate from the Preschool and being a member of the schools community for six years made it a natural progression to join the teaching family in the Tots room. Mrs Hulse’s education in the arts has given her a chance to turn this love into creative crafts for the little ones. Working with the young children, many their first time away from parents, you need love, patience and understanding which you will find in the teachers from Tots.
