Lindsey joined the Oxford Community Preschool family after moving to Oxford with her husband and three children in 2016. She quickly fell in love with the welcoming community and is grateful to be raising her family here. Her two sons, Bryce and Ethan, both attended OCP, giving her a special connection to the school not only as a teacher and staff member, but also as an OCP parent.
Lindsey and her husband are proud parents to Peyton (15), Bryce (13) and Ethan (10). Outside of school, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her family and can usually be found at a baseball field, basketball court or under the Friday night lights watching her daughter cheer for the football team. She especially enjoys watching her son, Bryce, play travel baseball and supporting all of her children's activities. A longtime sports fan, Lindsey enjoys watching football and baseball and she loves cheering on her favorite teams, the Steelers and Phillies. Lindsey previously coached youth baseball and tee-ball, combining her love of sprots with her passion for working with children. When her family isn't at a game, they enjoy camping, spending time near the water, and making the most of the outdoors. At home, they're kept company by their energetic black Labrador, Decker.
With over 12 years of experience in child passenger safety education, Lindsey continues to be a trusted resource for families with questions about car seat safety. She loves building relationships with children and parents and is thankful to be a part of the Oxford Community Preschool family.

Kim absolutely thrilled to be your child's teacher this year. Her connection to our wonderful school runs deep. Before she joined the staff, she was a school parent! Her daughter started in the Junior's program, and seeing firsthand the incredible, nurturing environment here inspired her to become a part of the team. What Kim loves most about our school is that we truly are a family. That warm, tight-knit community is something she strives to bring into my classroom every single day.
In our classrooms, learning is an active adventure! In addition to our daily Pre-K curriculum, she teaches our specialized Pre-K Science program. We dive into hands-on experiments. We ask big questions about how the world works. We focus on making discoveries through play and fun. Your children are natural born scientists and watching their eyes light up when an experiment works is the absolute best
part of her job!
When Kim is not at school, her world revolves around her own family. Her and her husband, Kevin, are proud parents to two amazing kids: Kolby (13): Their resident performer who absolutely loves acting on the stage. Karly (8): Their active athlete who is deeply into cheerleading and lacrosse. You can usually find Kim on the sidelines or in the audience cheering them both on! Their home is also made whole by two furry family members: their dog, Finn, and cat, Piper. In Kim's rare moments of free time, she loves crafting and photography.
Kim is so grateful for the privilege of teaching your children and partnering with your family this year. Let’s make it an unforgettable school year!

Karen was born and raised in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She moved to Oxford in 2011 with her husband Josh (an Oxford Native) and her two oldest children Chase and Haley. After this city girl found her way and got used to the more country side of life, they welcomed their two youngest Noah and Macey. Karen fell in love with OCP when both Noah and Macey took their turns through the program. Karen spent quite a few years helping out and becoming a lead teacher at a preschool in New Jersey before moving to Oxford. And she’s really excited to get back into the classroom!

She’s also been a dance teacher for 20 yrs, teachings ages 2-18.

We are thrilled to welcome Madeline—known to the children as Miss Madi—to our school team! Raised right here in Oxford, Madi actually attended this very preschool as a child. Returning to join the Oxford Community Preschool Family is a true full-circle
moment for her.
Madi brings five years of experience working with kids at a campground in Quarryville. She also has plenty of hands-on experience at home, having helped raise her two brothers: Justin (17) and Robert, affectionately known as "RoeBob" (5). Her natural warmth makes her a perfect fit for our classrooms.
Outside of school, Madi is a deeply creative soul. When she isn't teaching, you can find her: Drawing and playing the piano, reading and writing poetry and collecting DVDs and CDs. Madi's local roots, experience, and creative energy make her a joyful addition to our school.
